Return, Exchange and Damaged

We do not accept returns nor refunds. You can only exchange the item if we have received your order inquiry within 24 hours of receiving it.  In exceptional circumstances where the item is faulty, we will arrange for either an exchange or a refund if contacted within first 24 hours of receiving the order. 

(Please mind some pieces may be flawless as we provide natural stones. Therefore, please contact us to investigate more into your issue. )

Debit card payment option is available on the website for Bahrain only, as for international orders, Credit Cards payment is available.

In case, payment has been revoked by your bank for any reason, or your payment has not gone through; you will be informed through an email or a call.

Once payment is successful, you will receive an email and SMS confirming your order.


  1. Shipping

All orders within Bahrain are shipped using UBEX and delivery fee is 2 Bahraini dinars.

All International orders are shipped using DHL. Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of your order at checkout.

  1. Delivery 

Orders within Bahrain need 1 to 3 business days to deliver. 

International order take up to 5 to 20 days to deliver.
